Family Concerts 2016-17

There are few opportunities as entertaining and enlightening as sharing the wonder of classical music with the entire family. Pre-concert activities begin at 1:00pm and are free to all ticket holders.

Peter and the Wolf

This concert is a perfect introduction to symphonic music for the entire family. Prokofiev’s charming Peter and the Wolf is an enchanting musical story with narration that will also be the inspiration for some dance and theater performances. Performed in partnership with San Diego Junior Theatre!
