Groups receive discounts on San Diego Symphony performances:

• A 15% discount when orders are finalized 2 months before a concert
• A 10% discount when orders are finalized 1 month before a concert
• Student group, or senior group rates when applicable
• 1 complimentary ticket for every 20 purchased
• Delayed payment dates
• The option to package concert tickets with other special events and accommodations including, but not limited to, pre- and post-concert receptions, meals, hall tours, Q&A sessions with San Diego Symphony musicians, transportation, and more!
• Visiting student groups can also have the opportunity to attend master classes with Symphony, and Symphony-affiliated, conductors and musicians.

Group Reservations FAQ
How far in advance can I make group reservations?
Group reservations can generally be made months in advance of a given performance by calling 619-236-5403. We recommend reserving your tickets early to ensure best seating. A credit card number must be provided to hold your reservation. This number will be used for reservation holding purposes only. A contract for your reservation will be mailed to you shortly thereafter.

When is payment due?
No fees are charged until we receive approval to process final payment or final payment is due. Final payment for group reservations is due no later than two weeks prior to the performance date. Up until that time, changes to the number of seats reserved can be made without penalty, subject to availability. This gives you time to figure out how many people will be joining you for the performance!

Are there any senior, student, or military discounts when I reserve my group?
We do not offer additional discounts to seniors, students, or military personnel when making a group reservation. By combining existing group discounts and complimentary tickets with the convenience of reservation and payment flexibility, group discounts are a great value. In certain cases, however, it may be more beneficial to purchase tickets individually through the Copley Symphony Hall ticket office to take advantage of senior and student discounts offered there. We can help you to calculate how you could get the best ticket price based on your particular needs.

When will I receive my tickets?
After final payment has been made, tickets will be mailed to you at no additional charge or held at will call at the Copley Symphony Hall ticket office. There are no refunds or exchanges once final payment has been made.
