COPLEY SYMPHONY HALL
RENTAL EVENT POLICIES:
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Refunds are given ONLY if the event is cancelled, and are the responsibility of the presenting organization, NOT Copley Symphony Hall or the San Diego Symphony. Exchange policies for each event are determined strictly by the presenting organization.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Please check your tickets for performance date, time and seat location before you walk away from the ticket window. Copley Symphony Hall and San Diego Symphony are not liable or responsible for artist, date or pricing changes of rental events.
CALENDAR OF EVENTS
Ticketed public Copley Symphony Hall rental events will usually appear on the San Diego Symphony’s website, though such events will never be sold through the Symphony’s website. Online purchases will often be available through the presenter’s website.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY
Food and drink purchased at the interior bars can be taken into the performance chamber for certain rental events, but patrons are urged to handle their items with care and dispose of trash in the proper receptacles. Please don’t force the Symphony to pay for your mess! (Outside food and drink is strictly prohibited from the Hall.)
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Copley Symphony Hall is accessible to persons in wheelchairs and to the hearing impaired. If you have a special need or require certain accommodations in order to enjoy a performance in our concert hall, please let the Ticket Office or House Staff know the specifics of your requirements.
• In general, every person entering the concert hall is required to have a ticket for ticketed events, including children. All bags and backpacks brought in are subject to search by security personnel. All weapons are strictly prohibited. Admission policies ultimately are determined by individual presenters.
• There is a service charge for telephone, internet and mail orders. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted by Copley Symphony Hall, but policies of individual presenters may differ.

COPLEY SYMPHONY HALL RENTAL EVENTS
Here is a list of upcoming non-Symphony events at Copley Symphony Hall. Please note: Ticketmaster normally reserves a small allotment of tickets to their events for the Symphony Ticket Office to sell in person or by phone at 619.235.0804 beginning on the on-sale date of that event. Once the allotment is sold, no more tickets are provided to the Ticket Office by Ticketmaster.
Tickets or passes for shows or events presented by local organizations should be acquired directly from those organizations until the afternoon or night of the performance, at which time, if any tickets or passes remain, they will be available at the Symphony Ticket Office windows or an organization table near the lobby entrance usually beginning one hour before the event.
