This is only a confirmation of your purchase, not a ticket.
Your electronic tickets will be available inside The Shell mobile app AND the San Diego Symphony app. You’ll be able to see your ticket barcode beginning five days (= 120 hours) before your concert starts. NO tickets will be mailed, and NO e-mail attachments will be sent. Follow these links to read more about the benefits of having The Shell app and/or the San Diego Symphony app.
If you agreed to the “Mobile Tickets” shipping option on checkout, and subsequently request that your tickets be printed by the Ticket Office, you will be charged $5.00 for ticket handling, per order printed.
Tickets cannot be refunded unless the concert is cancelled due to weather events or other conditions that prevent the concert from proceeding. Symphony concert tickets can be exchanged for other Symphony concerts, but rental event concerts cannot. (In such instances the buyer should contact the ticket servicer or event presenter for any such issues.)
