Seniors, Military (with ID) and Student (with ID) $3 off discounts are available via phone and window sales only (no web), and can be applied to most seats. These discounts are valid in the Grandstand, Cabaret I and Cabaret II sections at the Embarcadero. Family Packs and ongoing Corporate discounting offers must also be processed directly though the Ticket Office window and phones.

WHERE CAN I PARK DOWNTOWN NEAR SYMPHONY HALL?
There is plenty of parking available downtown around Copley Symphony Hall. Surface parking lots are located on 8th and 9th Avenues nearby, and there is a lot of metered street parking near Copley Symphony Hall. (Meters are free after 6pm Mon-Sat and all day Sunday). Be sure to crimp your wheels when parking on an incline, as this does get frequently enforced downtown.
$5 parking is available on all concert afternoons and evenings in the Parking Palace garage, located at the NW corner of 6th and A. (Note: Jacobs Masterworks Aficionado subscribers can choose free parking in this structure as a benefit of subscribing).
Symphony Towers Parking Garage (operated by ABM Parking Services): As of February 7, 2013 the self-parking rate will be $15 in the Symphony Towers parking garage above the concert hall; the garage can be entered from 7th Avenue. (Rate is valid after 5:00pm any concert evening, valid from 12noon to midnight on matinee concert weekends, and an additional flat fee of $10 will be applied for vehicles exiting after midnight.)
VALET PARKING
Valet parking, provided by ABM Parking Services is available for all Friday and Saturday evening Jacobs Masterworks concerts . Valet parking is located on B Street in front of Symphony Towers. The valet parking rate will be $20 per vehicle beginning February 7, 2013, and an additional fee will apply for vehicles retrieved after 11:30pm.
(Donor valet parking is serviced at the 7th Avenue entrance for all Masterworks concerts, check with the Development Department for eligibility requirements.)
Please allow yourself additional time to park when driving.
Please note: There is a Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) trolley stop just a few blocks from Symphony Hall. The Fifth Avenue stop (C Street between Sixth and Fifth) serves both the Blue Line and the Orange Line. Please note: The Fifth Avenue Trolley Station is CLOSED for reconstruction until the middle of March 2013. Adjacent stations are several walking blocks away from Symphony Hall.
