Normal business hours:
Monday – Friday: 10am - 6pm
Saturday: 12noon - 5pm
Sunday: 12noon - 4pm (sometimes closed)
On performance evenings, the Ticket Office
is always open through intermission.

Seniors, Military (with ID) and Student (with ID) $3 off discounts are available via phone and window sales only (no web), and can be applied to most seats. These discounts are not valid in the Grand Tier, Mezzanine I, AA and A-1 Main sections at Symphony Hall. (These discounts are also not valid in the Champagne, Premium Cabaret or Lawn sections at the Embarcadero at Summer Pops.) Family Packs and ongoing Corporate discounting offers must also be processed directly though the Ticket Office window and phones.

Only a few concerts remaining! Don't miss out on music of Dmitri Shostakovich, Carl Orff, Maurice Ravel, Johannes Brahms, Ludwig van Beethoven and more! And our visiting artists Conrad Tao, Ray Chen, Pinchas Zukerman and Stephen Hough are among the best talents the classical music world has to offer today.

 

Jacobs Masterworks concerts and Classical Specials are performed Friday and Saturday nights at 8pm, and Sunday afternoons at 2pm, unless otherwise indicated.

All Jacobs Masterworks concerts are preceded by a "What's The Score?" pre-concert talk by Nuvi Mehta, given 45 minutes before the concert's downbeat.

Note: Subscription seating assignments in the Grand Tier and all sections will be based on Partner with a Player membership and by the following in order of precedence: a patron’s giving level, subscriber level, renewing paid subscriptions by date received and new paid subscriptions by date received.
