Subscriber Tickets: What to Expect

Thank you for purchasing a San Diego Symphony subscriptions series! What happens next depends on which venue your series is performed at, and when you purchased that series. The following will provide guidance about when ticket information and the entry QR codes for your concerts will appear in the San Diego Symphony and Rady Shell mobile apps.

Jacobs Music Center


Things to know about package tickets for your Jacobs Music Center 2026-27 Series:

  • Seating will be completed by mid-May, and patrons will receive a new email confirmation with their assigned seating no later than July 30th.
  • Information about your subscription concerts will also appear in the Upcoming Events section of your Account page of the Symphony website AND the Order History section of the Symphony app – just login to see.
  • You can expect your Season 2026-27 package tickets no later than one week prior to their first concert (by mail if printed, or in the mobile ticket wallet in all other cases).
  • Did you make a seating/upgrade request in your order? Our ticketing services team will fulfill your online order according to your notes as far as it is possible to do so. If they have any questions or concerns about your order, they may reach out via phone or email to confirm your request.
  • Single ticket add-ons to your package order will appear at the same time as the rest of your order.

The Rady Shell


Things to know about package tickets for your Rady Shell Summer 2026 Series:

  • Seating will be completed by the end of April, and patrons will receive a new email confirmation with their assigned seating no later than May 15th.
  • Information about your subscription concerts will also appear in the Upcoming Events section of your Account page of the Symphony website AND the Order History section of the Rady Shell app – just login to see.
  • You can expect your Rady Shell Summer 2026 package tickets no later than one week prior to their first concert (by mail if printed, or in the mobile ticket wallet in all other cases).
  • Did you make a seating/upgrade request in your order? Our ticketing services team will fulfill your online order according to your notes as far as it is possible to do so. If they have any questions or concerns about your order, they may reach out via phone or email to confirm your request.
